feeling ambitious and crazy
hello out there. its still the first week of medical school and im thinking about changing tracks. in the span of about 7 days, i have toyed with the idea of MDMPH, MD with MPH somewhere else, MD with scholarly research year, and MDPhD. and then i thought, i could do all of them— MD MPH PhD— but then i would never be out of school, or debt, and i would never be able to raise a family....
central park trees demolished!
i went for a jog a few mornings ago after a really crazy thunderstorm and found that central park was all a’shambles. full adult-sized trees were uprooted and cracked in half. one of every three paths i chose was completely blocked. the others were all only partially blocked. i bet you can find pictures of it online. if you cant find any, just imagine that a giant toddler came traipsing...
